This group is for anyone that is interested in health and wellness which encompasses all parts of our being: mental, emotional, physical, and spiritual. We are interested in learning ways of managing stress in these areas and sharing these ways with others to make the world a better place. We will talk about how plant medicine can be used as natural healthcare, like essential oils and tinctures, and how the food we eat affects not only mind, bodies and emotions, the world around us as well. We will have DIY making events as well as classes, conversations, and outings. As I received my certification in integrative wellness from the Integrative Wellness Institute, I will share my teachings with everyone with over 30+ modalities, including media recommendations and tools like meditation, tapping, breathing techniques, visualization and more. I'm so excited to have the opportunity to connect with you all in this way!
