What we're about

This group will focus on creating a safe space for the development of greater awareness towards self and the natural environment by using techniques from life coaching and shinrin-yoku (forest bathing).

Our meetings will consist of activities that will help us develop our senses, gain greater clarity and focus, and enlarge our capacity for being present, appreciating others and the world around us.

Persons of all ages and physical abilities are welcomed. We welcome particularly those who are craving for meaningful connections and personal growth.

We will meet every first Sunday of each month in a park that will be determined. Please make sure to wear comfortable but also protective clothes (after all, we will be exploring the outdoors!), tennis shoes or boots, and sunblock.

It is also important to bring your water bottle, a mug, a journal, a pen, and an intention/expectation for our gatherings.
