John’s subjects include landscape, wildlife, macro, nature, and night photography. His work has been published in calendars, books, magazines and displayed in several galleries. John has presented for numerous camera clubs, nature groups, and photo conferences. His teaching style and humor makes him a popular speaker. What we're about

This is a group for anyone who loves nature photography. We will visit various locations throughout the year. All skill levels are welcome from beginner to professional. This is a great opportunity to explore, take pictures and have fun. Our subject matter will include landscapes wildlife, insects, flowers, night photography, etc. We also will be offering a Lightroom classes in the future.

Find out how to create award winning images and shoot like a pro. Develop your own personal vision and take your photography to the next level while having fun.

All skill levels are welcome from absolute beginner to pro.

There are some incredible locations from the mountains to the sea. We will visit a wide variety of locations and photograph several different subjects. We also will visit some of the top locations throughout the US.
