Graph Database for Real-time Recommendation Engines

Details
In this meetup, we would like to talk about one of the sweetspot use cases for graph databases: recommendation engines.
Not just the boring batch-based offline recommenders that we know from the past, but the real-time systems that are increasingly driving online systems these days. So: we will show you:
- why graph databases are such a great fit for this use case
- how we can quickly and efficiently build recommender systems using Neo4j
Pieter Cailliau will walk us through these topics and show us some real world examples with a live demo system.
Should be fun!
Speaker
