Boy, that escalated quickly - Don't miss your chance to make NetSquared Adelaide awesome.

We're less than a week away from this month's meetup and we're quickly heading towards our maximum number of attendees so if you haven't already signed up for "Writing for the Web" with Danae Sinclair, get on it quickly! The event will be capped at 50 people (otherwise it starts getting a little cramped in the space we have).

But that's not all. I need your help.

NetSquared Adelaide has been running for a couple of years now and it has always been a space for people who are interested in using the social web for social good. More recently, it's been recognised that the ones who could use the support the most are local not-for-profit organisations - but everyone is welcome.

Now, I'd like to hand this over to you.

Yes, it's a survey.

If you can take a few minutes to fill this out, it will help shape how NetSquared Adelaide looks for the next rest of the year. I hope that NetSquared Adelaide will be as useful for you as possible. I don't expect everyone to be at every event, but I really hope you find that somewhere, you find an event that meets your needs.

Here's the link:

Even if you're new or haven't had a chance to get to a meetup, I'd love to hear what you think.

Oh but the fun doesn't end there.

If you jump over to the meetup page ( and have a peek at the left-hand sidebar, you'll notice a little section called 'Membership perks.' A good friend of mine, and uber tech-head is offering free, basic website hosting. Yep, free. He's a legend.

If you need somewhere to host a blog or small site, head over and sign up.

Thanks, and please fill out that survey.
