This meetup is about healing and having a life full of love, abundance, success, and health. It is about healing the past, the present and the future!
Sometimes we try to change something or try to accomplish an objective in our lives but no matter how many times we try, we fail. We feel we repeat patterns, from ourselves or even from other family members even though we know they can be harmful to us.

It's not possible to change what we bring from our family system unless we unveil the needs of that system. Otherwise we can be trapped for a long time..... and not only us, our children as well.
Join this group if you are interested in healing and unblocking the barriers that have been keeping you form having the life you want and deserve.
Family Constellations is a method that brings out hidden dynamics in a family or group so that they can be healed. It was developed by Bert Hellinger, a German psychotherapist and former priest, in the mid 1990’s while working as a family therapist.
We will meet regularly to learn more about New Family Constellations and participate in the healing process that it brings.

Espresso Constellations Online Session

When we repeatedly face the same challenges, it is often because we are unconsciously carrying unresolved burdens, loyalties, or traumas from our Family System, sometimes from previous generations.
Family Constellations help reveal these hidden dynamics so that healing can begin.
What is an Espresso Constellation?
An Espresso Constellation is a shorter version of a traditional Family Constellation.In a full constellation, several healing movements may unfold as the process develops.
In an Espresso Constellation, we focus on the core issue and stop after the first significant healing movement occurs. This often creates a powerful shift while requiring much less time.
Each Espresso Constellation typically lasts 15–20 minutes, allowing multiple people to receive focused support during the session.
How the Session Works:
This is a 2-hour online group session. Everyone attends as a participant and has the opportunity to:- Learn about Family Constellations
- Experience the healing field of the group
- Serve as a representative in the Constellations
- Receive insights and personal healing
- Be selected to receive an Espresso Constellation
Unlike our regular group sessions, there are no separate client tickets. Everyone pays the same fee, $35, and anyone attending may be chosen to receive an Espresso Constellation during the event.

Whether you receive an Espresso Constellation or participate as a representative, you will gain valuable insights and healing simply by being present in the field.
It is not necessary for your family to be present to do your Family Constellation. The other participants will represent them and the less they know about your family, the better.
* Participants must be at least 18 years old.

* I strive to end the sessions on time, but sometimes their fluid nature requires a few extra minutes, so I hope that's OK with everyone.
* Privacy and trust among the group members are fundamental for Constellations. For that reason, by agreeing to participate you commit to keeping all information disclosed during the sessions as confidential.
* Family constellation work presents an avenue for personal development and transformation. It's important to note that this practice is distinct from therapy and should not be viewed as a replacement for it. If you feel that discussing challenging events, either on your own or with others, could potentially destabilize you, this method of healing may not be suitable for your needs. While I aspire for this process to contribute positively to your journey, it's important that you know that I lack the resources to address severe psychological challenges.
* Constellations can have a positive impact on your well-being. However, you should never stop taking medication, therapy, or treatment without the approval of your doctor or therapist. By participating, you confirm that you do not suffer from any mental or medical condition, disorder, or injury that could make it inadvisable for you to participate in the session.

Often, these feelings do not begin with us. They can be connected to family patterns, childhood experiences, rejection, loss, or a deep longing to belong.
Join Riya and Liza for an evening of Family Constellations and Sound Healing as we explore the roots of self-worth, belonging, and authentic connection.
Through experiential constellation work, you may uncover hidden dynamics that influence your relationships, confidence, and sense of value. Through the healing vibrations of Tibetan singing bowls and sound healing, you will be guided into a state of deep relaxation, emotional release, and inner connection.
You will leave with greater awareness, a softer relationship with yourself, and a deeper understanding that your worth has never needed to be earned.
What if the feeling of "I'm not enough" was never yours to begin with?
In this workshop, Liza will guide a healing meditation to help you connect with guidance and prepare for the deeper work ahead. She will then facilitate a Family Constellation exercise, giving everyone the opportunity to begin healing family entanglements connected to the feeling of not being enough. Finally, one participant will receive a full Family Constellation, allowing everyone present to benefit from the healing that unfolds.
Throughout each part of the experience, Riya will weave in sound healing using Tibetan singing bowls and other healing instruments. The vibrations support everything that is being healed, released, and transformed, allowing the changes to integrate more gently into your body, nervous system, energy field, and the Family System field.

It is impossible to understand and heal this unless we are able to see the "entanglements” in our Family System. We are able to do this through the Family Constellation.

In this meeting, we will do 2 Constellations (reserved in advance). To reserve you need to obtain the ticket that says "client," which is $195.
The duration of each constellation varies based on the time required for the healing process to unfold. It could range from 25 minutes to 45 minutes.
If there is time, we will also do some exercises either in pairs or individually.
It is not necessary for your family to be present to do your Family Constellation. The other participants will represent them and the less they know about your family, the better.
* Participants must be at least 18 years old.
