Daniel Harvey
DMH Investments founded by Daniel Harvey is a privately held real estate company headquartered in Aldan Pa. The business was formed in 2008 to take advantage of the favorable investor real estate market. Our primary focus is the acquisition of properties in need of rehab. We then rehab these properties for the purposes of rental and reselling. DMH Investments has excelled at this by being a solution oriented company.

Often, we are able to purchase properties banks need to off load and help individuals who may need to sell a property quickly. We provide a win-win situation for all involved in the deal. Our goal is to provide a seamless transaction for sellers and exceed the expectations of both tenants and buyers.

Michael Lerman
Michael J Lerman is a seasoned real estate investor and entrepreneur who has a diverse background in the real estate industry. Michael started investing in real estate 30 years ago and over that time he has built an impressive portfolio including single family, duplex, multi-family and commercial properties all of which are self-managed. He has extensive knowledge and experience with creative financing options.

Michaels experience in real estate extends to being Board President of several condo associations in NJ and PA and managing large real estate networking groups. In addition, Michael has a real estate license which he utilizes for investment purposes.

Matt Allan
Mahir Allan started his entrepreneur career in 2014 in the Distressed Mortgage industry where he raise over 15MM to purchase over 70MM in Unpaid Mortgage Debt. In this part of the business he learned the
importance of analysis and capital raising which would lead him into Real Estate in late 2016. From 2016 to today he owns over 50 rentals units, a property management business, and have completed more than 20 fix and flips. As the process has gotten refined over the years he has built up strategic partners, private lenders, and other resources to handle many aspects of the business. His next venture will be to build and start adding apartment complexes into his portfolio.
