If you are looking for ways to improve your health, understand how and why aging occurs, why the body tends to get sicker as it gets older then this is a group is for you. We will explore what causes health and how to harness some tools that can delay the typical process of aging.

Some of the topics will be stress reduction, meditation, dream interpretation, breathing, as simple things to improve the body and mind. We will also explore the role of free radicals and oxidative stress and their role in causing aging of the body.
