What we’re about

This group is about Content Strategy and Content Operations---the processes, people and technologies for strategically planning, distributing and analyzing content.

There are two subsets of Content Strategy:

Marketing uses "Content Strategy" to describe the process of creating and distributing valuable, relevant, and consistent content to attract and retain a clearly defined audience.

Technical Publishing uses "Content Strategy" to describe the process of getting the right content to the right user when they want it, in the language they want it, on the device they want it. This is done using content management systems and multichannel publishing.

This group address both.
