Fit ‘N TIPPED is a two hour community event that molds a unique exercise routine, coached by a professional training staff, with Adventure Coaching techniques that can be applied to various aspects of our lives. Challenges we face in the world today bare combinations of physically trying hardships, mentally demanding projects or spiritually evoking events. How do you approach these challenges? Perhaps you tackle them all the same. Maybe you wear different hats depending on set variables. Is there a right or wrong way? Could your perspective be serving you in one capacity but hindering you in another?
In this professionally controlled environment, we’ll simulate challenges through a series of exercise routines. At the conclusion of each routine, you’ll be able to identify what worked, what didn’t and start to answer the age old question of why. See similarities out in the real world? We’re betting so.
