Bring your kids as we learn Boxing Fundamentals with Robert "Mutter" Phillips at Crunch Gym Staten Island.
It will be an hour-long workout where we learn how to use our hands the right way and focus on our endurance.
All skill levels are welcomed, our main focus is learning the fundamentals and having a great time with our kids.
We will work on proper stance, throwing a proper punch, how to protect ourselves and wrap up with a fun cool workout together.
So get ready to show your kids how dad gets down while sweating and laughing together.
