Understanding The Next Iteration of Cryptoassets, Tokenization and Crypto Legal Landscape with Mccarter & English And Abacus
Without a doubt, Initial Coin Offerings and the introduction of blockchain-based assets have revolutionized the fundraising process for startups. But as we move forward, which of these assets will have legal standing and what should entrepreneurs be asking?
Compliance/legal considerations are crucial from conception to completion of an ICO and require knowledge of federal and state laws. Having legal support experienced in startups, tech, and ICOs specifically will not only guide your ICO to success, but also shield you from unforeseen complications in a constantly-evolving field.
Some compliance topics that we will cover:
Macro Trends in the cryptoasset industry
The future of security tokens
Current SEC Regs And Guidelines
