A leader, innovator, and creative thinker in her technology discipline and industry expertise. Her consulting skills have driven proof of concepts, benchmarking, capacity planning, performance and tuning, and software architecture in her customer facing role in analytics and data management. She has a passion to drive and exceed standards of excellence and an initiative to seize opportunities from driving proof of concepts in her pre-sales roles. Her early successes with Federation technology in Life Sciences "Emerging Business Opportunity" contributed to its growth as a billion-dollar business, She was the project and technical leader for the toughest proofs of concept, leading to first of a kind wins with Discovery Link offering (based on the federation technology) and with data mining. Her efforts led to wins in IBM's fledgling business, including a deal at Aventis, and another with Axcell Bio, which became the 1st customer reference for IBM for data mining in the biotech industry. At Deloitte and Tousche, she has been engaged in challenging opportunities by leading solutions in managed care rebate analytics, social media, marketing and developing and packaging of analytic solutions.
