I would love to find Moms who want support, companionship while getting fit.
Details coming in the next few days. I would love to find Moms who want companionship, support and accountability on the road to getting fit and strong again. I want to start 2-3 days a week. Tues, Fridays, and Saturdays at 9:00 or 9:30. Ideally we would meet at Pier 40 on the Hudson River Park between Christopher and 10th St and walk/run for 15-20 mins and then do my program. The program consists of Pilates and MuTu exercises, which are hight intensity and no impact. There is a level for you regardless of fitness level. I will also educate you on proper technique and alignment of your body. If you're late, which is so easy with our unpredictable schedules, :) you can walk after.

What we're about

This group is just beginning. I created Pilates Fit Mama to unite mothers together to support one another to create more balance, feel strong, confident and connect to our bodies during or after birth. I specialize in helping women strengthen and prepare for birth or heal and restore their core and pelvic floor function after childbirth. I have been teaching for over 15 years and am also a certified MuTu Pro. Mutu System is a medically endorsed, internationally award winning program designed to help Moms function and heal after childbirth.

Finding balance in Motherhood can be challenging, it can be messy, humbling, invigorating, and the most gratifying experience of our lives simultaneously. Each time we lose our groove we pick ourselves back up & revive or renew by giving back to our bodies through healing and restorative movement.
