Fancy taking a journey back in time to the 19th century kitchen in Ireland?
In partnership with the New York Irish Center, Recipes Tales of 19th Century Ireland, is an exploration that I'll take you through of the recipes that formed part of Ireland's culinary story throughout this period.
Over the course of this talk you'll learn the fascinating details about: the types of recipes, their presentation styles, the equipment and vessels used to prepare and present food, the influences and variances between the social classes - with a few tastings along the way!
Hope to see you there!

For the past five years I have produced conferences in Ireland (heritage focused) however this year am presenting a new experience: a small group Festive Re(Treat) in Ireland that I will be leading. The five day immersive experience will combine food, heritage and history and include private tours to centuries' old historic estates and castles, visits to food and Christmas markets, meeting artisans and producers - with some shopping with a base in a beautiful boutique Georgian hotel property.
The tour is an all inclusive land based experience that includes accommodation, meals, private coach transport, airport transfers, entry fees to sites. (Excludes airfare)
