- Don’t real fit with the high 40s real grownups (because those numbers are getting real and we are simply in denial) -
AND Who are new to this city, have some things figured out (I don’t have to eat ramen noodles, not hiding from my credit score, recognize childish unneeded drama and will walk away, and I know how to not end up on locked up abroad) but who also needs to create a new social circle of friends (Urgh! Awkward)

I don't want or need your money, but we need these rule because we are grown-ups that need to be accountable, and I am not zuckerberg (no capital Z for him) and I don't want to be blacklisted by places for incomplete reservations! I will not take your money but in order to ensure that people are mindful of everyone's time, and fair to those who want to attend and actually show-up to events the following rules apply. By joining this Meetup Group you are agreeing to these rules:
A $5 deposit must be paid prior to each event for your YES RSVP to be confirmed, this deposit will be refunded if one of the following conditions is met:
you ATTENDED the event
you cancelled your RSVP 3 days PRIOR to the scheduled date of the event
the event is cancelled by the organizer.
All money collected as a result of the enforcement of these rules will be donated to charity and/or won in a raffle of members who have attended at least 3 events. An accounting of the amount collected will be posted on the club's page at the end of each quarter, and the history of payment received by the Club made available to members on the club's page at all times - FULL TRANSPARENCY.
