Shahryar Jahangir - Presenter & Moderator – Cloud and Security Transformation Architect
Shahryar, has a proven success as the CISO for Tower Research Capital, Island ECN, NYC City Time Initiative and Strike Technologies. Actualizing Risk Analysis and Mitigation Programs. Gartner and SAIC needed to perform Security Risk Analysis on $600M+ programs for the NYC ECTP and City Time programs; as a member of the PMO, Shahryar spearheaded teams comprising of employees and vendors to establish a Security Risk Mgmt. program and develop mitigation strategies based on PCI DSS, ISO 27001 and CoBIT standards, to produce attack surfaces and with risk and remediation measures. Developing IT Security Organization, Shahryar developed the sec framework programs for the financial institutions encompassing setting up of the security arch, risk assessment methodologies, reg. compliance programs, DR/BC, security awareness and training programs data management, classification, threat management response teams, and professional services for LoBs

Bernadette, has extensive experience in the financial services field and has held positions as a Business Information Security Officer, Senior Information Security Risks and Operations Manager, Deputy Director of the eCrime Unit/Forensic Lab Manager/Investigator, and Ethical Hacker. She is a certified expert witness for Skimming devices and has testified on investigations involving Digital forensics and skimming for Law Enforcement. Bernadette has presented has presented on numerous topics ranging from The changing role of CISO’s, Digital Forensics, Credit/Debit Card Skimmers, and Designing and Building a Cyber Security Fusion Center. Bernadette has also participated as a panelist at many Information Security Meetings on IS Training & Awareness, Women in Technology in 2017 & 2018 and at Pace University/ACCA “Top 10 Cybercrime Threats of 2014”
Raymond (Ray) Ramos Panelist - Identity Manager Consultant
Raymond, is an enterprise security architect and consultant specializing in identity and access management. Originally lending his imagination and automation skills to building musical instruments and creating original light shows, he later applied his talents to re-architecting the City University of New York’s Single Sign-On infrastructure, resulting in improved reliability for all protected systems. Ray recently facilitated the granting and revoking of security entitlements for multiple flagship services at CUNY, providing value to a population of 250,000 students and 50,000 staff and faculty across the university’s 25 member colleges.
Matthew Maichuk Panelist – IAM Engineer at IDMWorks
Matthew Maichuk, a recent addition to the IAM community, began his work with public organizations and has recently moved into a project focused group. His involvement to date includes policy compliance, MFA deployment, flattening and reduction of complexity in user stores, and account provisioning primarily in the healthcare space. Originating in the ITSM industry, he has moved through CM alignment, detection, and reconciliation and into account control and role management, leading him into the IAM technologies he currently remains enthusiastically engaged in.
