The New Year often finds us full of new and fresh motivation to bring about more healthy cooking into our daily lives with wonderful and tasty recipes and foods. Let's make 2019 the year to make that happen!
Join us on January 27th at 3:30 pm as we share our desires to create easy and doable routines for a healthier lifestyle. We'll talk about our struggles and challenges, but we'll share our encouragement and inspiration with each other. The message of this workshop will be twofold: You always have a choice and intuitively, you know what makes you feel good.
This workshop will be a powerful jump start for many of you who want to make some positive changes and for those of you who are already engaged in a healthy lifestyle, you'll get the benefit of new ideas, and tips to stay on your path.
As always, we'll have some great group discussion and there will be cooking, eating, and wonderful community as we gather and get inspired to be more nurturing and loving to ourselves in this new year. We all deserve a little time and attention when it comes to giving ourselves health and appreciation.
