Kundalini Yoga balances all the bodies and the Central Nervous System to bring you to a calm, peaceful, relaxed state that carries after we move from our mats. A regular practice encourages teach person, class by class, step by step, to clear out accumulated stress and uncover the natural source of energy and light within. It's a beautiful practice.

FACELift Yoga - Do you want a more toned face, neck, eyes & cheeks?
Research shows FaceLift Yoga effectiveness in improving the muscles and structural appearance of your face by strengthening cheek, eye, face and neck muscles, allowing natural glow to bring forth a more youthful appearance by increasing circulation, blood and lymph flow.

- Bates Method Vision Coach - The Bates Method of Natural Vision Improvement is a 1920’s practice of William H. Bates M.D. who attributed nearly all sight problems to habitual strain of the eyes, and felt that glasses were harmful and never necessary. Think of a daily yoga practice created for your particular eyes/vision. Computer Vision Syndrome robs our vision, so join me to learn to relax eyes to incorporate new vision habits. I wore -7.50 contact lenses and after The Bates Method was able to drive in Mass. w/o correction despite vision loss in one eye from surgery.

- Brain Gym - emphases how the body learns through movement by balancing left/right hemispheres and sides of the body. Great for balance, integration, learning reinforcement.

- Peggy Huddleston's Heal Faster Meditation - Meditations for Cancer Treatment or Anxiety/Sleep or Prepare For Surgery, Heal Faster. This meditation is supported by Brigham & Women's Hospital, Dana Farber, MGH and many U.S. hospitals.
