What we're about

If you are interested in feminism and literature, this is the right group for you! The Feminist Bookclub is a space to discover and discuss the world of feminist literature (fiction, non-fiction, contemporary and classics). Although feminism is becoming more mainstream and present in our culture, the fact that Newcastle does not currently have many spaces for women to discuss these issues made me think that this bookclub would be a good idea (and hopefully you do too!).

This is a great chance to meet new people with similar interests and to discover new places in Newcastle for our meetings. This is not an academic reading group but a place to share your passion for reading in a friendly and fun environment.

We will meet once a month and choose the book for the following month together.
See you soon :)
