Please come join us and find out how something as simple as a smile can lead you to true happiness, and what it means to cultivate freedom and peacefulness. This group is open to experienced and newcomers to mindfulness meditation. Drop-ins are welcome although regular attendance will be most beneficial. Location is in Newton Center at BCCP, 2nd Floor, 796 Beacon Street. On Mondays 2-3:30pm the group "Dandelions of the Heart Sangha" does sitting and walking meditation, followed by a wisdom reading and sharing. On Wednesdays 12-12:50pm the group "Mindfulness at Lunch" will have a guided meditation and brief teaching, led by Dr. Yenkuei Chuang. www.yenkuei.org ||everyday mindfulness everywhere. Starting at 12noon, we begin with a 5min introduction, 30min sitting and walking meditation, and end with 10min Q&A. Optional - bring your own bag lunch for mindful eating. Suggested donation of $5-20 per class.
