Joe Moro is a Developer Advisor at Anthem. He has been working with SharePoint for about 8 years. He has held an admin role working in the trenches and also worked as a consultant with a variety of clients. He has built many farms of varying size and complexity and helped business users develop solutions for a variety of business needs.

At some point along the way he became a “Nintex Admin” as well. Mainly due to discovering that an unmanaged Nintex backend can wreak havoc on your environment. Not only on your workflow performance, but it can also impact your general SharePoint performance if it gets out of control.
