Transitory homelessness is when people stay at temporary locations such as in vehicles, short term accommodation or houses with family and friends.
Homeless majority is transitionary and people who sleep outside are minority, in most countries.
People in cars, garages, overnight hostels and on couches are at risk not to have somewhere for shelter. When someone sleeps outside, there are serious health implications especially for general wellness and also to lifespan.
Purpose: To ensure anyone in cars, garages, on couches and at overnight hostels doesn't sleep outside. For people who are transitorily homeless to find long term places, endurable employment positions and develop additional skillsets as well as enhance life situation.
Values: No Fixed Abode's values are care, compassion, dignity, empathy and support.
Vision: Introduce everyone who is temporarily without an adequate place to people for help, which resolves homelessness in New Zealand and globally.
