What we're about

This group is for anyone (but especially introverts) to get out and interact with others by doing various skill-based activities. The idea is to get together without the pressure of relying on conversation for entertainment. If you're like me, you don't look forward to talking to random strangers at a bar; You'd prefer doing things that are interesting, educational, or productive in some way. So let's go herd some cats and do the things we love while forming some new relationships. Some examples of things that we may likely do are: art lessons, making things, natural building experiments, paintball, hiking and camping, bowling, potluck dinners, rock climbing, volunteering, etc... Feel free to make requests! I'm looking forward to meeting you all. However, I ask that you please be considerate of me and other members: If you RSVP, please either show up or cancel the RSVP. No-show's will be removed from the group.

Hiking and Camping at Vedauwoo, WY

3922 Harrison Ave

I've been wanting to check this place out for a long time. It's about 1 hour and 15 minutes NW of Wellington, CO. Let's go explore. The main Vedauwoo trail is only 0.6 miles, and the Turtle Rock loop is only 2.8 miles miles, so I'd like to do some further exploration. Apparently, there are a lot of small and easy interconnecting trails. Camping is optional, and we can take several cars if anyone doesn't want to spend the night. We'll meet in Wellington at my house and carpool from there. The return time is flexible.

Bowling and Karaoke!

830 N College Ave

Well, Game of Thrones should be done by now, so let's commence the Sunday bowling. Chipper Lanes has a deal where for $9.95 you can bowl until midnight on Sunday (Shoe rental is another $4). Karaoke starts around 9pm for you shameless souls.
