NoPo Run Club: Pounding Pavement and Pints since 2011.

WEEKLY RUN INFO

***After 7 years, we have a regular following so our Wed group has 30-50 runners! (They don't always RSVP) Our pace ranges from 7-14min miles and ages 21-65. Don't be shy, come say hi!

Who: If you want a good workout, good brews, and good company to enjoy them with; this is the place for you!

What: 5K around N Portland to stimulate thirst; beers on the patio to quench it.

When: Every Wednesday - Meet @ 6:30pm. Step off at 6:45.

Where: Rotating locations around NoPo!

Why: We want to create the best running experience and provide valuable resources for the running community. As a group, we also want to keep supporting the North Portland neighborhood by paying it forward. We provide a variety of opportunities for community outreach with a special focus on Providence Cancer Research, BNAPDX, Hands on Portland and GOTR.

(Don't forget to bring your reflective gear and lights if you have them, safety is paramount) What:Â 5K-10k around N Portland to stimulate thirst; beers on the patio to quench it. Sunday Mimosa Run!

It’s that time of year again! Shamrock Training Season! Whether you are planning to run the Shamrock Race in March, or you just feel like getting in some hill training, this is the run for you! Join us as we run Terwilliger Blvd! This run is about 5 miles total to the top at Charthouse and back down to the bottom. It's an out and back run so you can choose to do as much or as little of the hill as you like. All skill levels welcome and encouraged! Meet up at the FITNESS CLUSTER track bleachers (there is a parking lot with a few spaces or there is 2 hour street parking). Step off will be at 9AM. Afterward we'll head over to Suki's as a group for some mimosas, bloody marys and brunch! Suki's brunch specials include a $6 early bird breakfast (before 11AM) and $8 bottles of champagne with orange juice!

WEEKLY RUN INFO: Yoga is optional, we just add it to the running and beer 😉 Who: Anyone looking for some good workouts, good brews, and good company to enjoy them with; all ability levels are welcome.
