I will be teaching a Yoga Class for people who want a stronger back and would benefit from strengthening the muscles that support the back. The focus will be on practicing yoga poses that strengthen the abdominals, hip flexors, inner and outer thighs, and hamstrings. You will learn to lengthen as well as deepen your breath and bring greater ease to soften your muscles and your mind. There are plenty of props but you will need to bring your own mat.

This is a class that meets Wednesdays in a small studio in an old white building that was built in 1775. The studio is located at 333 Scott Swamp Road - Route 6 in Farmington. The studio is on the left hand side of the street if you are driving from the direction of Route 6 and Route 177 intersection in Farmington. There is a red, white and blue mailbox at street level with a sign listing the yoga studio alongside a driveway that leads to a parking lot just behind the white house. The yoga studio is to the right as you enter the house.
