Dispatches from the Future: Nonprofits and Tech - feat. Jeffrey Zeldman and more

Details
Panel moderated by Jeffrey Zeldman, leader in web design and web standards – featuring Jen Simmons (Mozilla), Jeffrey MacIntyre (Bucket), and Glenda Bautista-Baker (Hearst)!
Whether you’re technically savvy, people-savvy, or both; whether your organization’s abundantly financed or you struggle to raise shoestring budgets; and whether you’re ready or not, over the next five years, massive change will be expected from every organization with a digital presence — including your nonprofit.
Digital publications, social media channels, and corporate brands will offer new modes of AI-powered customization, new modes of input (such as voice), and new products that further blur the already smoky lines between the personal and the designed, the real world and the digital.
Customers will expect the same level of sophistication and service from the nonprofit brands they care about. And they’ll find new brands to care about, if yours doesn’t measure up.
But the future doesn’t have to be scary. In fact, it looks pretty exciting. Join technology experts and product designers who are leading the exploration for a look into our shared future.
