Nordic walk
Fully flexible, drop-in walking sessions for those who already know how to Nordic walk. Clocking up on average 5 500 - 6 000 steps in the hour, that's over half of your recommended daily amount, these sessions will leave you feeling nicely challenged without being exhausted. An effective and varied workout combined with a group that's friendly and supportive makes it the perfect choice in exercise!

What we're about

We are a group of friendly women who love to Nordic walk. Nordic walking is a brilliant, low-impact way to improve your fitness as it tones the upper body as well as the lower body and it's lots of fun. There are various sessions you can join, some more challenging than others, and if you don't know how to Nordic walk you can always join a Learn to Nordic walk course. Do come and join us - you'll love it
