Sahaja Yoga meditation was developed by Shri Mataji Nirmala Devi in 1970. Sahaja Yoga meditation can help you become better balanced and better connected to yourself; regular practice can help you reducing stress and achieving the state of inner serenity. Meditation may also help you master your emotions and find solutions to your problems. Meditation is the only way to guide us to go beyond ourselves and to evolve in our spiritual growth.
Our classes are suitable for everyone of all ages, no prior knowledge or experience is required. We will not do physical exercise in the class. Chairs will be available.
