What we're about
We are open to everyone who wants to cultivate more peace of mind through practicing meditation.
We use guided meditation in each session to help let go of mental busy-ness or stress. We also have a short talk about how we can shift our perspectives based on the ancient wisdom of Buddhism.
We inspire positive personal transformation by offering practical instructions to help busy people integrate meditation into modern life. No meditation experience is necessary — everyone is welcome!
This group isa branch of Atisha Kadampa Buddhist Center in Providence. Our aim is to bring the tool of meditation to those in need of peace of mind. You do not need to be a Buddhist to benefit or participate.
