My Dear Community of Friends,

I’m excited to invite you to join our community of like-minded souls. We are all busy people with complicated lives and much on our plates. And, often, much of our time is spent on helping, and doing for others But, how much of our time is spent on nurturing ourselves, the inwardness of our being?

I’m calling to you, my community, to join us (now every Monday) as a community of people who care about our families, our friends, our communities, our country, our world, ourselves enough to replenish our energy, our spirits with guided meditation and reflective silence, inspirational music, uplifting readings, teachings, sharing of personal inspiration and/or epiphanies.

When and where :

Every Monday, 6:30-8:00 pm via Zoom in the comfort of your home/office/room.

This is an open, drop-in mindfulness practice group. And, though these meetings are offered freely and open-heartedly, I am grateful for any dana (donation) you are willing and able to offer in support of the efforts it takes to make this a thought-provoking, inspiring, spirit-full and helpful experience for all.

I would like to invite you to a morning 15-minute Zoom sit in Community.

Here's how it works--There is a 5-minute period where we gather on Zoom to greet and settle. Then I'll ring a bell to begin, and ring it again 15 minutes later to end the sit. That's it! The whole thing is 20 minutes!

It's open every day, 7-7:20 am PST. You are welcome to join as often as you would like.

You might find that creating this pause at the beginning of your day--as a ritual, habit or pleasure to nourish and calm your heart--will be just what the mind, body, spirit and heart needs.

All teachings on this site (daily Tiny Sangha sits, Monday night meditations and MWF Embodied Mindfulness—yoga, breath, qigong, meditation) are given from the heart in the spirit of dana (generosity) and may also be received in the spirit of gratitude—without the slightest consideration of reciprocity. Therefore, these teachings/talks are always available without cost.

Production and other services to provide teaching are not without cost. Supporting the teacher, the teachings, and the process with dana is an ancient (and now modern) tradition, and is unique to each person’s ability, willingness and generosity—all held in complete confidentce.

Nothing is expected; everything is appreciated. Everyone is warmly and equally welcomed.

So, join us as we let go, moving our breath, our energy and our bodies, our whole beings with mindful fluidity and flow.

North Bay Community Meditation

Dear Ones,

As this pandemic grows and we have been called to shelter-in-place, I am moved to offer our Monday night meditations via Zoom weekly rather than bi-weekly.

This group continues to meet via Zoom every Monday at 6:30 pm as we continue to find some respite, guidance, calm and peace with our community (online), while nourishing and soothing and energizing our beings--body, mind, heart and soul.
