Dillion beach is a great place for the group to meet sometime. It is off leash for dogs and a nice, long stretch of beach to do an exercise walk for us humans!

Wow. I hope we don't wait til Dec. to get together. We can always meet with our dogs at Blackie's Pasture in Tiburon or at Loch Lomond in San Rafael until a hike can be organized!

The hike around Bon Tempe lake in Fairfax is pretty and dog friendly (on leash). I think it's about a 3.5 mile loop.

I have been trying to join a joke since I joined but my schedule keeps conflicting. I work in healthcare so have the obligatory, every other weekend to work. I will keep trying and would enjoy meeting everyone and the doggies.
Dillon beach is a great off leash dog beach to walk.
Also Helen Putnam Park in Petaluma is a good hike.
And for something different, after the hike there is a cute little restaurant at Petaluma Airport that allows dogs to sit with you at tables on deck. It is called 4niner diner
