My two longest endurance events are a half ironman distance triathlon and a 12 hour ultra.
I am passionate for helping people with exercise science, nutrition science, and behavior modification to live a happy and healthy life. I believe that social support and the power of community can make us feel like flying. It can make us feel unstoppable. I would like to provide that environment for the members.
