Ben Deane will present this month!

Efficient C++ has always been about minimizing copies. This
practically-focused talk is about how to do that when working with move
semantics, perfect forwarding and STL containers. In-place construction
is easy to understand but fiddly to get right, so we'll talk about copy
elision, when to use emplace vs insert, vectors, maps, optionals,
variants, and how things change from C++11 to 14 to 17.

Food and drink will be provided.
