What is Lean Beer?

Lean Beer is a informal place to ask questions and share your stories of using Agile and Lean over an adult beverage (and support a local Jax business at the same time!). You suggest the topics, the group democratically prioritizes the list, and we manage our discussions via time-boxes and Roman voting.

Come to learn, come to teach, come to have fun with other local Agile peeps.

NOTE: If we have a large group we’ll split up into smaller groups and do Lean Coffee around the topics of Team Dynamics, Product Management, Agile Frameworks, and Processes & Ceremonies.
