Monday Night Training

Monday Nights will be focused on skills training. Whether you're new or experienced, we'll be working at a level that is right for you.
New players are always encouraged.

Cleats are recommended, but you can wear workout shoes that are suitable for grass. Bring water, and expect to have some fun!
On some Wednesdays, there will be some socializing afterwards too, to refuel after the workout!

Some additional information - both the group and the location are child friendly. There is both open space and a playground.
