North West Women in Tech and Digital Meet up
Details
Ladies and Gentlemen, we are very happy to announce our first ever North West Women in Tech and Digital meetup.
Over the last six years, Mortimer Spinks (that's us) have produced an annual WIT (Women in Tech) survey in partnership with ComputerWeekly.com and we’ve gathered some great information and really raised awareness of the topic throughout the UK.
We want to act on what we’ve found and drive change within the sector, by holding a series of collaborative and interactive events aimed at encouraging diversity in tech/digital teams.
On Thursday 9th November, we’re bringing together technology/digital professionals from in and around the North West to share their experiences and help to define measurable action towards a more balanced industry.
Our first WIT event will be held in partnership with QVC their offices in Knowsley Industrial Park on Thursday 9th November and we’d love to have you there!
We’re delighted to be welcoming some amazing speakers from QVC talking about being a female IT professional in a Global Retailer like QVC with further speakers TBC!
