In this event, we are featuring three exciting Azure-related presentations in what we call the "Azure Triple Play" event.
Presentation #1: "Architecting a Modern Data Warehouse using Azure"
Speaker: Jack Lee
A modern data warehouse can process massive volumes of data and produce valuable business insights and analysis for the decision makers in your company. In this presentation, Jack Lee will give you a tour of how you can design and architect your own modern data warehouse using the latest Azure technologies.
Presentation #2: "Planning for Azure Kubernetes"
Speaker: Roy Kim
Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS) is a managed container orchestration service, based on the open source Kubernetes system. Roy Kim will go through planning considerations for deploying and designing for application infrastructure with Azure Kubernetes Service.
We will look at planning considerations with networking, compute, database storage, networking, security, monitoring, scalability and resiliency. Lastly, Roy will go through an application demo and some configuration settings in the Azure Portal.
Presentation #3: "Centralizing your configuration made easy with Azure App Configuration"
Speaker: Callon Campbell
Application configuration is an essential aspect of software development. Today you will learn about Azure App Configuration and easy it is to centralize your configuration for your distributed applications, builds and even deployments.

Speaker Bios
Jack Lee is a Microsoft MVP and an Azure Certified Consultant. He is an active Microsoft tech community contributor. He has given presentations at the Global Azure Bootcamp at Microsoft Canada, User Groups, and has helped organized and provided mentorship at various conferences and workshops. He is also the President of the North Toronto Cloud & DevOps User Group (NorthTorontoUG). You can follow Jack on Twitter @jlee_consulting and his user group @NorthTorontoUG.
Roy Kim is an architect and developer with Azure and SharePoint Online. He is also a Microsoft Azure MVP. He has 18+ of Microsoft technology experience starting out as a .NET developer, then SharePoint and now more recently with Microsoft Cloud. Roy is native to Toronto and graduated from the University of Toronto.
Callon Campbell is a Systems Architect, Developer and Microsoft MVP. With over 20 years of experience, he's been developing desktop, mobile and web enterprise applications using Microsoft .NET Framework, SQL Server and Azure. Callon is also the co-creator of ReflectInsight .NET Logging framework and Live Log Viewer. He's passionate about learning new technologies and sharing his experience with fellow peers in the community.
