Session 1 - The role of confidential computing in a zero-trust architecture

Session Detail: As organisations seek to adopt principles of zero-trust as part of a broader security strategy, the application of confidential computing to protect data in-use, in conjunction with established techniques to protect data in transit and at rest, extends the scope and business benefits of cloud computing to even the most sensitive workloads and data.

In this talk we will explore the characteristics of the technology that comprises confidential computing and how these seek to address the demands of complex compliance requirements, whilst protecting against sophisticated adversaries and attacks that we observe and experience in our industry today
