We are real estate investors from A to Z. Real Estate beginners and long-timers, lenders, appraisers, attorneys, inspectors, contractors, CPA, CFP, skip-tracers, wholesalers, flippers, and even Ram Jack. If you're involved in the real estate investment community, then you want to be a part of the Northwest REIA - a non-profit organization that gets together weekly somewhere in the metro area!

Northwest REIA is a non-profit organization, and is a chapter member of the National REIA. We are over 25 years strong, bringing education, networking in a safe environment.

Salem Round Table

Salem First Baptist Church

Meetings are usually held the second Thursday of every month. Hosted by Janel Page and Tom Stutzman. Topics vary each month from general, deal-making discussions - to presentations on various topics - to field trips. Meeting agendas (except field trips) generally include: Networking Introductions Feature Topic (approx. 1 hour) Q&A or General Discussion Networking Professionals and new to experienced investors are all welcome and encouraged to come and participate in the discussion. Come early to get a good seat. Bring your questions and business cards. Networking is encouraged. We hope to see you there! Meeting is located at Salem First Baptist Church, Room 422, 395 Marion St NE, Salem OR. Church parking lot is at the corner of Union and Liberty Streets.
