Ski Mt. Baker after Lunch at the Raven Hut

The last THREE lunch and ski Meetups have landed on powder weekends, and we would love to keep this record going....so we are scheduling a fourth! And just coincidentally, the forecast is calling for a flaky weekend. All skiers welcome!

Mt. Baker and the surrounding area is a gem with a lot of great facets to ski. Let's ski it together. People travel from all over the world to ski here. I've met them on the lifts and in the back-country. I count among this years adventures in-bounds, side-country, back-country, and the local park, but that last one was inBellingham on my rock skis on a rare snow day. Almost regardless of the level of skiing difficulty and state of perfection of the snow I like to ski!
My hope is to establish a better link between active skiers to explore the wide range of options available in the Mt. Baker area. A critical mass of skiers that would make activities both safer and funner. But I thought I would try and keep it simple to start with by seeing if anyone will meet for a ski after lunch.
I hope to keep the invitations coming. I skied through the month of June last year when there was still good snow in spots.
