About us
We exist to bring agilists together for mutual benefit and personal growth, to share experiences and help each other improve in the agile delivery space whether newbie or super-experienced.
Please don’t use our group for reasons other than this (recruitment, sales prospecting, dating etc.) There is naturally time for networking as part our sessions and we know that is an important part of the meet-up scene but please consider that people come to learn and share. Please respect their wishes to do so.
We aim to meet on a monthly basis and anyone with an interest in Scrum, Kanban, XP, or anything similar is welcome. If you have an interest to present or facilitate a session - please get in touch, we will support if we can!
Follow us on Twitter @NottAgile to keep up to date on progress.
Thanks!

Leading like you mean it: lessons from Ted Lasso (and real life)
Most of us have watched Ted Lasso and thought "I want to work somewhere like that." But what actually makes AFC Richmond work isn't Ted. It's the fact that everyone leads, in their own way, from wherever they sit.
This talk uses Ted Lasso as a lens to explore what collective leadership really looks like in practice. We'll look at why great teams stop waiting for one person to have all the answers, what gets in the way, and how you can start building a more Leaderful team, no matter your title.
You don't need to have watched it to get something from this talk. But there will be spoilers.
About Our Speaker - Claire Lowry-Hubball
Leadership asks a lot of people.
At every stage.
Whether you’re stepping into leadership, leading a team, or part of a senior group, it can feel stretching, challenging, and sometimes heavier than expected.
I spend my time working with leaders across organisations who care deeply about doing good work and often carry more than they need to on their own.
Leadership doesn’t get easy.
But when people learn and lead together, they tend to make better decisions, work through challenges more honestly, and get better results, without it all resting on a few shoulders.
Over time, that’s how leaderful organisations are built.
Places where leadership shows up at every level, responsibility is shared, and people are supported to think, decide and lead together.
That’s the work I do.
