We exist to bring agilists together for mutual benefit and personal growth, to share experiences and help each other improve in the agile delivery space whether newbie or super-experienced.
Please don’t use our group for reasons other than this (recruitment, sales prospecting, dating etc.) There is naturally time for networking as part our sessions and we know that is an important part of the meet-up scene but please consider that people come to learn and share. Please respect their wishes to do so.
We aim to meet on a monthly basis and anyone with an interest in Scrum, Kanban, XP, or anything similar is welcome. If you have an interest to present or facilitate a session - please get in touch, we will support if we can!

For this session we are delighted to have Fin Goulding joining us.
Talk: Lighthouse Thinking
We are in the middle of a pandemic and businesses are clamouring for agile specialists to dig them out of a hole. But not much has changed over the last few years. Leaders don't know their purpose, transformations keep failing (be that agile, digital or business transformation) and millions are being wasted by some of the biggest companies in the world. So, we need a new approach. A simpler approach. What we need is lighthouse thinking.
Fin Goulding has consistently been named as one of the top global CTO/CIO’s year-on-year, who in the past five years, has transformed into a business agility expert having worked for organisations like Visa, RBS, NatWest, HSBC, Aviva and digital startups such as lastminute.com, travelocity.com and paddypower.com. As well as being a popular keynote speaker and panellist, Fin co-founded the Flow Academy in order to help leaders and executives remodel their businesses and deliver successful transformations. He is also the co-author of Flow: A Handbook for Changemakers and 12 Steps to Flow.
