This month's talk is: High-Agency AI: That Meeting Could have Been Execution by Eric Bye.
Ideas aren't the bottleneck anymore, agency is. AI has made it faster to try something than to schedule the meeting about whether you should. But the people and companies figuring this out don't just move faster, they learn faster, ship more, and build the skills that matter. Meanwhile, "I don't have time" echoes through the halls of organisations whose AI plans are stuck in strategy meetings, often when the whole point was saving time. This is an existential moment for a country that sat out the last digital revolution. If companies can't help themselves, maybe you can.
