What we’re about
We meet regularly to watch and discuss films.
We usually see a movie together at a cinema in the Nottingham area (usually the Broadway Cinema) and then discuss it over a drink and a meal (usually in the Broadway Cafe).
We enjoy a wide range of genres: great classics, international and art films, and the latest major releases.
CODE OF CONDUCT: When we discuss a film, it is important to show respect to other people's opinions. We go around expressing each member's impressions and comments on the movie: we must let every person speak without interrupting. Disagreements are welcome, but must always be polite.

See all- "Killers Of The Flower Moon"Broadway Cinema, Nottingham
Hej, please join me as Scorsese, Di Caprio and De Niro join up to make, likely, an epic film experience. It looks interesting, the full specs are on the site as always.
Book your ticket in advance on Broadway's website:
https://www.broadway.org.uk/whats-on/killers-flower-moonI have set the end time to reflect maybe tea, cake, food and chat after it ends, if folks wish to stay and do so. It is very long film, nearly 3 and a half hours, which is why I have chosen an afternoon showing to avoid a late finish before a Monday morn. :-)
I will be in the cafe bar from 1.45pm and post nearer too, whereabouts. It is in screen 1, so am not sure how busy it will be but booking ahead may be wise as it is the first weekend. You all know how to book and stuff. :-)
Hope to see you there. Thank you. - Peeping TomBroadway Cinema, Nottingham

A frank exploration of voyeurism and violence, Michael Powell’s extraordinary film is the story of a psychopathic cameraman—his childhood traumas, sexual crises, and murderous revenge as an adult. Reviled by critics upon its initial release for its deeply unsettling subject matter, the film has since been hailed as a masterpiece. –Criterion Collection
Look out for our upcoming season exploring the work of Powell & Pressburger and their wider influence on British cinema – in collaboration with Lounge Trip.
