What we're about

Nottingham HF is a friendly, long established walking club. We run fortnightly coaches mainly to Derbyshire and Staffordshire, but also to Leicestershire and Yorkshire. The use of coaches allows us to plan more interesting linear walks rather than circular walks based upon a car-park. On each trip three levels of walk are available: 10-12 miles, 7-8 miles and 5-6 miles and are led by experienced walkers. Coach pick-ups are at County Hall (West Bridgford), Mount Street (off Maid Marian Way) and close to The Nuthall (Nottingham Road, A610). For more details on coach pick-up points (including parking), other walks, holidays and social events see the club website: If you would like to join one of our trips you should reserve a place by phoning the number supplied with the walk. Coach fare is £10.
