What we're about

The club has walks planned for June/July. However, you will have to join the club to go on a walk with us for the time being. We do not plan to advertise any of these walks on the web. Numbers are limited and you will have to book a place prior to the walk. You cannot just turn up. The walks in June/July will be further afield and maybe accessible by car or public transport and circular. Car sharing and coach rambles maybe allowed in July. A register of names and telephone numbers must be taken for each walk for NHS Contact Tracing.

To find out how to join the club please contact the secretary by e-mail:

Nottingham HF is a friendly, long established walking club. We run fortnightly coaches mainly to Derbyshire and Staffordshire, but also to Leicestershire and Yorkshire. The use of coaches allows us to plan more interesting linear walks rather than circular walks based upon a car-park. On each trip three levels of walk are available: 10-12 miles, 7-8 miles and 5-6 miles and are led by experienced walkers. Coach pick-ups are at Keyworth Square, County Hall (West Bridgford), Mount Street (off Maid Marian Way) and close to The Nuthall (Nottingham Road, A610). For more details on coach pick-up points (including parking), other walks, holidays and social events see the club website: www.nottinghamhframblingclub.org.uk
