What we're about
Hello Everyone, and welcome to this group!
This is a group for anyone interested in Meditation. We use a variety of Techniques coming from Buddhist (Mindfulness, Metta Bhavana) Yoga, Hinduism, Kabbalah and Hermetism. One of the highest Teaching in The Law of Attraction is the use of Mantra Meditation. This is quiet meditation using mental repetition of a Mantra. This is a very powerful technique. Its origins are in Yoga. The meditations are very relaxing and rejuvenating. The more you meditate using mantras the more you will identify with your own consciousness and not with form. The less you identify with form the more you will grow in your spiritual practice. The mantras are connected to archetypes that have certain qualities and are the vibrational equivalent to that quality of mind. Meditate on the mantra and you connect with that part of you, that quality of mind. Its that simple. It is said that these Mantras are aspects of our own consciousness, our higher selves. Just the tiniest amount of this Dharma (Teaching), will make a significant difference in the quality of your life. The more you identify with the formless, the less identification with the material, you will gain power to transform your life and your relationships, and have the ability to let go of attachments that can cause stress, emotional pain and illness.
Mantra meditation provides you with immediate benefits unlike other popular techniques that take effort and cause more stress. You let the Mantra do the work and let your mind reap the benefits.
We meet up regularly and practice the most special, unique, tailored, powerful meditations. All are welcome no matter what your level of experience. Membership is free. However, we ask that you make a contribution towards the rent of the room, the Teachers expenses plus refreshments. The fee is £5. Come and check us out!
Everything is energy and that’s all there is to it. Match the frequency of the reality you want and you cannot help but get that reality. It can be no other way. This is not philosophy. This is physics!
