It's a Spanish Group tradition - to go to the bonfire on November 5th at the Forest Ground.
We meet in the Lincolnshire Poacher, which will be packed, then walk up together for the main firework display which will be at 9pm, for 20 minutes. It is important to stick together because there will be crowds.
We will leave the pub at 8.40pm to walk up Mansfield Road to the Forest Ground.
After the firework display, we can break up into groups to go back to the pub, go to the fair, or head off home.
It will be cold - wrap up very warm with lots of layers. It will get colder than it feels at first because we stand still to watch the display. Thick socks, woolly scarf, chunky mittens.
Hope to see you there - it's a lovely winter treat!
