What we’re about
Let's make the most of some of the great culture available in Nottingham. This group goes to see plays, comedy gigs, classical music, opera, ballet and anything else that takes our fancy. We aim to cast a wide net to cover both amateur and professional events, locally produced and touring productions.
Support the Arts! Venues and events need our patronage to keep going.

September In The Rain @ Woodborough Village Hall
woodborough village hall, Lingwood Lane, NG14 0DQ, Woodborough, GB"Deckchairs, Donkey Rides and Dodgy Weather...
Set against the backdrop of a working-class couple’s annual holiday to Blackpool, this story follows Jack and Liz as they reminisce about their life together—through laughter, arguments, and tender moments. Told through a series of flashbacks spanning decades, the play captures the ups and downs of a long marriage, with affection, wit and nostalgia. With just two actors, it’s a touching portrait of enduring love and the beauty found in everyday memories. September in the Rain is a poignant and warmly humorous play by acclaimed British playwright John Godber."
Richard is hosting this Event. Join him to enjoy this 2-hander play performed by a pair of local former-professional actors.
