I am setting this event as info only, as although I will be attending I can't guarantee to be there at the start or any particular time. It's likely we'll run into each other though, so by all means use the comments on this page to organise getting together!

Notts Vegan Festival will be held this year at the Wildcats Arena in Bakersfield, just north of Colwick Woods. It's indoors and ticket-only (not payable on the door) so if you'd like to go visit https://www.veganeventsuk.co.uk/event-details/nottinghamshire-vegan-festival-nottingham to get one. N.B. the venue has a no dogs policy, except for guide dogs. There is disabled access and free parking subject to availability.

We are normally on the left side of the downstairs bar area on some or all of the tables 5, 6 and 7.

If you have never been to one of the group's Meetups before this is a good opportunity to pop by and say hi.

Please note I will be asking people to confirm they are still able to go a few days before the meetup. This is to avoid no shows and empty places at the meal. I will then update the booking with Cafe Roya on Tuesday afternoon in line with the numbers. So if you are on the waiting list and confirm then you will almost certainly get a place unless Cafe Roya is full and they are unable to accept an increase in the booking.

Please note if you leave your RSVP as yes and do not turn up you may be excluded from future meals.

Lunch at Cafe Roya Beeston. The actual menu specials will vary each week for lunch with salads. Please note the main menu (which used to be evening only) is now also available for lunch.
