Leaf Lab is a vegan catering service that sells its food through the Kensington pub in Carlton, alongside the pub's own regular omnivore fare. It's available on weekdays but I wanted to try their Sunday dinner first. As you can see from the menu (look in Photos) there are both seitan and nut roasts, the seitan one in different meat styles. But there's also a couple of pie options.

And that's just the main course, you've then got a couple of desserts, a kids' menu, and there are several gluten-free items among all of these.

The pub is rather attractive in my opinion, with many seating areas and good staff service. If using public transport I would recommend the 43 bus rather than the 25, as the latter requires a very steep climb from Carlton Hill.

I've timed this event so that people can still go to the Broadway meetup beforehand if they want.
